Welcome to the SoDA Salon, a series of local, IRL sessions from the SoDA community. A few times a year, we’ll meet up to wrestle with a singular question or challenge alongside our peers. We’ll share advice, trade perspective, and get smarter together. Sessions will be facilitated by leaders in our community, and we’ll rotate hosts, topics, and locations. Come as you are, ready to roll up your sleeves and dig in.

Below are a couple of rough topic ideas that we will narrow as it gets closer.

• Idea 1: Agency scale in general. Why do we grow? What does each size of agency bring? What kind of work can you do and what sacrifices need to be made at each level, what opportunities are unlocked and how did all of this change in an era of distributed work and AI. 

• Idea 2: What should we build and who do we need to build it in the age of AI.
